(BURBANK, CA January 7, 2004) – Irving Der has been hired on as the new Manager of Publicity and Communications as announced today by Jennifer Kobashi, Senior Marketing Manager to whom he will report.
Der will be responsible for the development of strategic publicity initiatives on behalf of the Radio Disney network and local stations.
“Irving comes armed with a flair for creative writing, strong media relationships and genuine enthusiasm and drive. We are thrilled to have him on our team,” said Jennifer Kobashi, Senior Marketing Manager.
Prior to joining the Radio Disney team, Der served as Senior Publicist at The DuVernay Agency. While there, Der managed publicity campaigns for the agency’s film, television and home entertainment clients such as Dreamworks, Focus Features, Paramount Television, Warner Brothers Home Entertainment and Showtime Home Entertainment. He began his career at mPRm Public Relations, where he worked in the entertainment division.
